Hi Creative Friends!!! I’m back today with a new layout featuring Paige’s cut files. For this layout I used the « Tire Tracks » cut file from the « 30 Days of Boy Cut Files » and the beautiful « Wonder » collection.

To begin with, I cut the pattern with my Silhouette Cameo in a white cardstock. I will use this cut file as a stencil here. So I coated another white cardstock with clear Gesso and then made a large area in the center of the page and two smaller ones at the top and bottom of the page with Lindy’s Magical Tweedle Lee Denim ink. On top of that I added the patterns using the cut file and Modeling Paste and then I sprinkled everything from Zing Metallic Blue embossed powder to bring color and shine and to bring out the patterns.

All I have to do is add the photo and embellishments. For this I first added under the photo several papers, card and tag of the collection by creating a combo of blue / green color. I then pasted this in the center of my page to the left.

I added on the photo a Die Cuts Ephemera and a die cuts label on which I added the word « Quad » made with the Thickers of the collection and then below different stickers and phrases. Then below the word « Boy » and more stickers and sentences in cascade. I also added at the top and bottom of my page near the prints of the pattern, labels, stickers and sentences too. A few little hearts here and there and then splashes of black ink to finish.

Here’s another close-up:

I hope this layout inspired you in some way today, I really had fun making it with a good dose of Mixed Media that I love so much. Be sure to watch my video of the process to see more details:
Thanks for stopping by and watching, I wish you a great creative day!
See you soon…
Jennifer
