Make Your Happiness A Priority!

Hi friends !!! Today here is a layout made with the « Marigold » collection by Maggie Holmes / Crate Paper that I really like !!! I started by tearing a piece of blue striped paper from the collection that I stuck on the right side of my page. After priming the rest of the page with clear Gesso I applied blue ink with Lindy’s Whale Watch Blue and Jana’s Jade Magical powders to make a halo in the center of my page. I then added some tone-on-tone text with the Unity Stamp Company / Donna Downey « believe » stamp. I love this stamp set which is very old!

I matted my photo with crumpled tracing paper, for more texture, and 2 Cardstock Ephemera then I glued the whole thing, in the center with 3D foam. I cut a lot of roses from the printed paper of the collection and I inserted them under and above my photo diagonally. I added roses and golden puffy leaf stickers too.

I added butterfly stickers that I first glued on a white cardstock that I then cut again so that the butterflies stand out! And finally I added my quote with the golden puffy alphabet and added some black paint stains!

And here is a page with everything I like !!! A Mixed Media background, blue, flowers and a quote that I really like and that I wanted to integrate into one of my pages for a long time and well it’s done !!!

Hope you enjoyed and inspired this layout! Thank you for stopping by & have a creative day !!!
